South East Builds with Decades of Master Craftsmanship
Modura Interiors brings forty years of building experience to every project, providing a skilled approach to home refurbishments and structural alterations.
Building Better Homes Through Experience.
With around 40 years of hands-on construction experience, Andy brings a practical understanding of how buildings work, from carpentry and joinery through to site management and structural alterations.
That experience means Modura can look beyond the surface of a property, understanding what is involved before work begins and coordinating the right skills to deliver the finished project properly.
Modura: East Sussex born
Andy is a time-served carpenter and joiner with around 40 years of experience in the construction industry, bringing extensive practical and site management experience to every project.
Construction Experience You Can Rely On.
At the heart of Modura is Andy, bringing around 40 years of hands-on experience across the construction industry. His background includes site management, contracts management, refurbishments, new builds, high-end residential work and structural projects.
That breadth of experience gives Modura a practical understanding of how projects need to work from the outset, helping identify the challenges, coordinate the work and deliver a finished result to a high standard.
"A good home is built around how it needs to work, not simply how it looks."
Don't let rooms dictate the layout. Let the build redefine your entire home.
Many homes have layouts that no longer work for the way people live. Walls, awkward spaces and outdated floor plans can limit what a property could become.
At Modura, we approach South East Builds by looking at the building as a whole, considering how the space could work better rather than simply replacing what is already there.
Where structural changes are needed, Modura can coordinate the work required to reconfigure the space and create a home that works around the way you actually live.
