CABRIO WINDOWS
FULL REWORK
The clients wanted three Cabrio units, but the inherited roof design could not physically accommodate them at the existing pitch. Modura altered the roof structure and geometry so the concept could be delivered properly. The final open-Cabrio/sea-view images provide a strong visual payoff to the technical construction work.
A client brought Modura a paper model of an unusual window detail they had in mind. Andrew and the team translated the idea into site sketches and dimensions, working through the practical and fire-safety requirements before creating the finished bespoke reveals.

GEOMETRIC SHOWER ROOM
Traditional Bathroom
A complex roof space was transformed into a carefully planned shower room, with the sloping ceiling and rooflight worked into the design. Precise geometric tiling, recessed niches and built-in under-eaves storage make use of every part of the space.
A complete family bathroom refurbishment combining handmade wall tiles with a bold black-and-white checkerboard floor, freestanding bath and traditional fittings. The room was carefully set out around the tile pattern to achieve clean, balanced lines throughout.

OPEN PLAN KITCHEN REFURB
TIMBER-CLAD BATHROOM
A complete refurbishment that opened up the existing kitchen and dining space, with a new floor build-up, oak parquet flooring and a bespoke-fitted IKEA kitchen. The project was carefully phased around the clients' needs while maintaining a strong focus on detail and finish.
A highly detailed bathroom refurbishment featuring a walk-in shower, bespoke vanity and timber cladding carried through the sloping roof and around the Velux. The timber was carefully selected and set out so the grain and tones flow consistently across the room.
The finished kitchen or bathroom is only part of the work. Many Modura projects involve structural changes, building work, alterations to existing layouts and careful coordination of the different trades required to complete the job.
